Last September I took a Hitachi TV in for repair which was quickly fixed with a 12 month guarantee applied. Last week, a similar problem arose on the TV. I took it in expecting for them to tell me there was a different problem than previous, which it could have been, but they honored the guarantee and fixed the TV with no charge. Visited the repair shop and spoke with the owner and he told me that because of his heavy workload that he could only diagnos what the problem is the following day. He texted me the following day with a price and likelihood of time it would take to repair, the following day it was repaired and ready for collection. At no time did i think i was being ripped off or misled and i would urge anyone with a faulty TV to take it to this guy …..Highly recommended!!
